The place inside looks like a mess. Looks like they have been moving in for the last couple of years. Ordered a cake 2 weeks prior & it wasnt ready when I picked it up. Asked for a refund & was told they didn't have cash on hand to give a refund. So I had no choice but to wait for the cake to b finished. Never coming back to this place, I'll stick with Publix.
I have ordered from Clara for over 8 years and I have always had some type of issue with the cake. Either she didn't get the full idea of what I wanted or something is messed up on the cake decorations. This time around the cake texture was dry and the words written on my cake were so sloppy I had her redo part of it. I believe she is worn out and has lost her touch. I would stick with Publix next time or a new Spanish baker. Unfortunately she is the only Spanish baker I know in my area but I will travel to find one much better. By the way her shop looks like a scene from a scary movie.....needs help big time!!

You delivered it right on time, and the on-site assembly was so interesting. I highly recommend your great bakery to everyone. It was all done by email and phone! Clara's cakes are delicious I've been doing business with Clair's cakes since 2007, she has done my wedding cake in 2007 she has done my daughter's quinceanera cake. She has also done two of my friend's wedding cakes. Simply the Best and very reasonable and price.
