Didn't believe the other bad reviews but they are right. They demanded I give them an ID to deposit a low amount of money to someone else's account. This is the first time I've had boa or any other bank demand it
My team members are super sweet and professional. Even when we have a large crowd and clients walk in without an appointment and impatient, they remain friendly and professional.
Walking in the bank I was stereotyped, I was greeted and asked what can I help you with and said "I'm fine". Lady repeats "excuse me what can I help you with"....again saying "nothing we are all together". Get to the teller and told because of the amount of the check I had to get it verified, when I have been cashing the same checks for a years now. Then after they do the verification still give a hard time... says it's for protection but never had an issue. Something that should of been 5-10 mins. Each bank is different is what they say, but isn't Bank of America to follow the same procedures at all location. The attitude is not only horrible but not how I will like to start my morning with a business. I have had some bad banking experience before with just under staff, but this had to be the worst.
I have worked in many companies and I absolutely love the energy and staff here.
I loathe coming to this branch. The very idea of having to go there for any reason absolutely turns me off. Several times I've gone and the teller DJ is so rude it boggles me. I've been told to h to the back of the line, I've had hands held out to my face. I do everything on the mobile app now because I can't enjoy a simple trip to the bank and cash a check. It's so bad I wouldn't recommend this branch to my worst enemy.
