Went to talk to building commissioner he was not available. They took my telephone number and name for him to call me. That was three days ago and no call. Trying to reach someone at city hall is like trying to reach the man in the moon. They never return calls.
There is an old saying you can't sue City Hall and this is a true statement if you are poor and because you can throw in the local attorneys in with the card game it is very difficult to sue City Hall. I called every attorney in the phone book including the ambulance chasers and one after the other they turned down the case. They told me that I had a case and good luck with it but we can't take it because they meaning players in the card game will never work with them again. (The Bar Association (player) provided me with one attorney) Basically the local attorneys are terrified of, I think the Attorney Generals office (We don't want to make any trouble so just go away). When local ambulance chasers talk on TV about fighting for your rights. No that's just not the way it is maybe with a car insurance company but not City Hall. Because the City of Winter Springs has the money, resources, (City Attorney's office) other players in the game and all the time in the world it is going to be very hard for a poor person to sue City Hall.
The legal system in central Florida works like a poker game. All the area's bad actors such as the City of Winter Springs, Seminole Co Sheriff's office the Bar Association and Attorney General's office like to play cards. They don't necessarily like each other but tolerate each other for the game sake and every once in a while someone pulls a gun out and shoots someone and that's ok. But once the card game is threatened they all band together to protect it.

If I see, hear, smell or feel, (that's right I can feel you GD creeps I don't even have to turn around and I know) one of you Winter Springs Rat Bums at a Starbucks or other place of business in the Orlando area. Or if someone says one off color word to me in the Orlando area that I don't like. I will inform the FBI of criminal gang stocking. Your criminal activities will not be tolerated.

Basically unless you are one of the actors in the card game they don't care and I can't stress Don't Care enough.
All the bad actors of government have really achieved true communism (Animal Farm) in that they have us the citizens (the people that work in the restaurants, the airports and gas stations) answering to them and working for them funding pay and enormous pensions and when protested you may as well be talking to a fish in a fishbowl. You either get the pre recorded message through the string that opens and closes the puppets mouth that you see standing before you behind the glass or they send out the attack dogs. They are sick and immoral people that have no place in my fathers country...
