I visit this post office frequently & always have been greeted & treated with a professional mannerism. Recently, I had to ship many items to my family in another state -- The clerks were patient & helpful!
This is a great location. People are friendly and efficient.
I can't believe the postman stuffed all my mail in the mall box. He knew I was gone for several days. Wouldn't it be more intelligent to put rubber bands on the mail and use the large box next to our small boxes. I've never had this problem before. Due to the rain when I went to get my mail it went all over the wet pavement. An unhappy owner fo my unit, I would think think that our deliverer y people would have more common sense. -6oo Northern Way - Tuscany Place.
Called ahead to make sure they did passports at the location. The gentleman on the phone confirmed they do. When I arrived, the first thing a gentleman at the counter said "do you have an appointment?" I was alone. No other customers there. No one. I was told that they can't assist today without an appointment. I asked how long the process would take, the gentleman (I can only assume is the one who may have answered the phone) states 15 minutes. Their next appointment was at 1pm. I was there at 12:30pm. Why on earth would you not just help? Didn't even bother trying to find somebody else. Unreal. No wonder the USPS is going downhill in popularity. At least this location anyway...
Convenient to our apartment; had a PO Box here for about 1 year while on TDY in the area. Large parking lot. Never crowded. Friendly staff.
