Barbara has been there for years and has always been friendly, kind and considerate. Theses units have a low concrete lip which make it easy for a dolly to get over.
Horrible customer service. Will never use this location again.

Barbara lied to too multiple times and was extremely rude. The frist time over charging for my frist month rent. The second was when I lost my key to my lock. She told they didn't drill out locks, after I asked her multiple times. After I hired a lock smith. I found out they do drill out locks for free. Confirmed by the district manager.

If you have anything of wood, electrical or anything of value DO NOT store in here. I was told that they have pest control and after a month of my things being in the storage I went by to pick some things up and as soon as I opened the door roaches scattered everywhere. Now being me I put all my things in plastic boxes since roaches and bugs tend to dwell in cardboard boxes so my things in boxes seem fine so far but my toaster oven is absolutely infested. I just turned it on about 5 min ago and 3 roaches ran from it (there are no roaches in my house) I will be returning to clear my things out and I will likely have to get rid of all of my wood furniture which is everything except my bed frame... 3 dressers, shoe rack, filing cabinet, as well as my kitchen items like my toaster oven and microwave. This place is already over priced as it is now more than half my things are ruined due to roaches... Ice had my things in there for 1 month and 3 days and I've paid over 200 dollars.. Absolutely ridiculous now that I'll have to replace my things too once I move into my new place.
